MyStory

Curiosity Was the Starting Point

I began my journey in Electronics and Communication Engineering in India, graduating in 2017 with a deep fascination for how systems communicate and scale. While my academic roots were in hardware, it was C programming that quietly rewired my thinking. Code felt alive — it responded, evolved, and solved problems in real time.

That curiosity pulled me into software early. Between 2017 and 2018, I assisted a development team at Corbiz Solutions, where I was first exposed to real-world production systems. Watching ideas turn into working applications sparked a realization: software wasn’t just a skill—it was a medium for impact.

Choosing Growth Over Comfort

I knew early on that staying curious meant stepping outside what was familiar. In 2019, I made the leap to Canada to pursue advanced studies in technology. It wasn’t just a change in geography—it was a deliberate bet on growth.

During my post-graduate certification at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, I led a hands-on academic project that brought together engineering, product thinking, and leadership. I developed a Tic-Tac-Toe game using a PIC microcontroller, powered by the C programming language. Beyond the technical build, I owned the company and product concept, defined the product and service development plan, shaped the marketing strategy, and evaluated critical risks. This experience solidified my interest in building complete products—not just components—and thinking beyond code.

Alongside this, I strengthened my technical foundations through Cisco-certified networking coursework and explored the fundamentals of Machine Learning and AI, driven by a belief that great engineers must understand both systems and intelligence. Around this time, JavaScript and React entered my world—and suddenly the web felt like an open canvas where ideas could scale quickly and reach real users.

Building Systems That Millions Rely On

Those experiences led me to where I am today—as a Software Engineer at Apply Digital, working on platforms for the largest sports organization in the United States.

I joined as a Mobile Application Developer, contributing to live game streaming experiences, paywall integrations, biometric authentication, and front-end systems used during massive live events. Today, I’m part of the Identity and Access Management team, helping more than 20 products authenticate users securely across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.

I now work on the backbone—microservices and identity systems that serve 10+ million users annually, enabling fans to subscribe, stream, and experience some of the largest sporting events in the country. It’s challenging, humbling, and deeply rewarding.

Looking Forward...

I’m driven by the idea that technology, when built with intention, can scale trust, access, and opportunity. My vision is to contribute to innovative, meaningful products, mentor teams, and one day help lead technology as a CTO—building systems that are not only powerful, but principled.
